Take a minute to think of some activities you love doing, that really energise you, you might not even be that good at them - it can be work or personal - these are your strengths.

If you are finding it tricky to work out what your strengths are, then have a go at doing your own Love it or Loathe it list. As you go through your week, write down all your activities and put them in to either the Love it column, or the Loathe it one. Rermember, a good way of assessing this is to use time as your guide.
For your strengths (Love it), you will look forward to the activity, time will speed up when you are doing it, and when it's over you'll wan to do it again.
For your weaknesses (Loathe it), you will put off doing the activity, it will feel like it goes on forever, and when it's over you'll feel exhausted/depleted.

If you can bring your strengths to whatever you are striving for, you will find more happiness, joy and fulfilment so this is all about bringing more of your strengths to your goal/project. If you love organising things & people, can you use this strength to create an action plan, structure and timeline perhaps. Or if you love being creative, how can you do more of this with your project?
